Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our busy office team. This is a key support role working closely with our purchasing and finance teams to ensure our customers receive an efficient, accurate, and professional service.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a confident working knowledge of Microsoft 365. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented office environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers and provide estimates to customers for a wide range of products and services
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage customer accounts and maintain up-to-date records
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Prepare quotes and invoices
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments
- Assist with sales tracking and performance reporting
- Work alongside the Finance Team to ensure timely payments of invoices
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks, including invoice queries, payment tracking, and reconciliation support
- Support general administrative tasks within the office

Training to be Provided
The instructor leads a live online training session so you can learn at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home or office. A full training schedule is provided upon a confirmed start date, however training is typical 1 day per week.
- CompTIA Data+
- CompTIA/TestOut Pro Certified Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Power BI
- Includes elements of business administration (Project management, stakeholders, communication and presentations)
- Training Biweekly classes (length 3 hours) alternating between
- Data+ and Excel/Power BI (NB: Exams optional)
