Complaints & Appeals
We take your feedback seriously. Learn how to raise an issue, make a formal complaint, or submit an academic appeal.
How to Raise a Concern
At Solveway Apprenticeships, we strive to provide the highest level of training and support. However, we recognise that sometimes things do go wrong. When they do, we want to know so that we can put them right quickly and fairly.
Informal Resolution
If you are an apprentice or employer with a concern, we encourage you to speak informally with your dedicated Skills Coach or Account Manager first. Often, issues can be resolved rapidly at this stage.
Formal Complaints
If your issue cannot be resolved informally, you can submit a formal written complaint. All formal complaints will be investigated objectively by a senior member of our management team. We aim to acknowledge receipt within 2 working days and provide a comprehensive response within 10 working days.
Appealing an Academic Decision
If you believe the outcome of an assessment or grading decision is incorrect or unfair, you have the right to appeal. Appeals must be submitted securely in writing within 14 days of receiving your assessment result, detailing the specific grounds for the appeal.
