As Managing Director of Solveway Apprenticeships, Keith leads the organisation’s mission to close the skills gap between education and industry. With a background in technology, training, and workforce development, he works closely with employers to design high-quality programmes in IT, data, AI and accountancy. Keith’s focus is on innovation, quality, and creating real career opportunities that deliver long-term value for learners and businesses.

Jalna is Co-Founder and Director of Sales & Operations at Solveway. After co-founding the business with Keith in 2013, she joined full-time in 2019 to support its growth. With over 20 years’ experience in IT Programme Management, she brings strong leadership and delivery expertise. She is passionate about career progression and creating meaningful workplace opportunities. Outside work, she enjoys running, music and time with friends.

After 31 years as an IT manager in a multinational pharmaceutical company, Jim joined Solveway at its inception in 2013. He brought skills in strategic planning, project management and data analysis. His current role as Data and Compliance Director is to ensure funding compliance and maximise the use of data in supporting business processes and decision making. He recently designed and delivered a course for a new Data Technician apprenticeship.

Caroline leads marketing and communications at Solveway Apprenticeships, driving brand visibility and employer engagement. With a commercial background in brand management, buying and sports marketing for an international retail brand, she brings strong strategic insight into growth, positioning and partnership development. Caroline works closely with employers and learners to promote apprenticeships as a powerful route for skills development, progression and long-term success.

Sarah is an experienced accounting leader and apprenticeship specialist with over 25 years in industry and education. AAT qualified with a BSc in Applied Accounting, she leverages a senior commercial finance background to deliver practical, high-standard training across AAT, ACCA, ICAEW, and CIMA pathways. Sarah excels in curriculum design and internal quality assurance, combining technical expertise with a supportive approach to help learners master their professional standards and progress with confidence.

Roger began his career in leisure and hospitality, managing a range of customer-focused venues before retraining in accounting and moving into education in 2013. He has since delivered AAT qualifications across classroom and apprenticeship programmes. Joining Solveway in 2020, Roger brings strong industry insight and a practical focus on the skills employers value, supporting learners to build confidence and progress in their accounting careers.

Steve is a Digital Trainer at Solveway, delivering apprenticeships across Information Communications Technician, Network Engineering and Data Technician pathways. With over 10 years’ experience in apprenticeship training, and a background in manufacturing and the health service, he brings strong industry insight. Steve is passionate about building technical skills, professional confidence and workplace readiness, ensuring learners are prepared for their end-point assessment and long-term career progression.

Jo is an experienced Digital Work Coach at Solveway with over 20 years in education and apprenticeships. Expert in quality management and Ofsted inspections, she provides tailored guidance to help apprentices master their standards and excel in End-Point Assessments. Combining a First-Class Honours in Management with a solution-focused approach, Jo empowers learners to build confidence, maintain high professional standards, and achieve long-term career success.

Sarah plays a central role in the smooth day to day operations of Solveway Apprenticeships. She oversees onboarding processes, training schedules, compliance administration and funding documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the organisation. Sarah also manages financial processes, coordinates examinations and supports internal systems and reporting. Her organised and proactive approach helps maintain high standards, supporting both employers and learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.

Catherine Wingrove is the Talent and Growth Lead at Solveway Apprenticeships, where she has worked since September 2023, progressing from recruiter into leadership. With six years of recruitment experience and 13 years in retail, she is highly-organised and supports her team in partnering employers with apprentices. Catherine is passionate about helping people grow, build confidence, and achieve their career ambitions through apprenticeships while delivering meaningful opportunities for businesses nationwide.

Anthony is a Senior Employer Engagement Executive at Solveway Apprenticeships, supporting businesses to attract and develop talent through IT, tech and accountancy apprenticeship programmes. With over 15 years’ experience, he is passionate about helping people start their careers or move into new pathways. Outside work, Anthony coaches North Weald United U15s and enjoys supporting young people in his local community.

Jasmine works within recruitment, supporting apprentices and employers throughout the hiring journey. She is committed to helping individuals take the next step in their careers while supporting businesses to find the right talent. Passionate about building strong professional relationships, Jasmine delivers a high-quality, personalised service. With a friendly and approachable nature, she is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in every interaction.

Anesa is a Business Development Executive at Solveway Apprenticeships and a key point of contact for employers exploring apprenticeship opportunities. She supports organisations to understand funding options, recruitment processes and progression pathways, ensuring apprenticeships align with workforce planning and long-term business growth. Anesa works closely with employers to make the process straightforward, compliant and tailored to their specific skills needs.
