Prevent Duty
Solveway Apprenticeships is fully committed to the Prevent Duty, working to safeguard our learners from radicalisation and extremism.
Our Commitment to Prevent
As an education provider, Solveway Apprenticeships is subject to the Prevent Duty under the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015. We are committed to safeguarding our learners and staff from being drawn into terrorism and extremism.
We promote fundamental British values, including democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs.
Training and Awareness
All our staff and tutors undergo regular Prevent training to ensure they can identify the signs of radicalisation and know the correct procedures for raising any concerns.
If you have any concerns regarding the safety or wellbeing of a learner, or suspect they might be at risk of radicalisation, please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead immediately.
